From the M56
Head west towards Chester and North Wales. Do not turn off on the M53 towards Chester or Ellesmere Port; continue straight ahead on the M56 until it ends and the carriageway merges into the A5117 for north Wales and Chester.
Continue on the A5117, past the exit for the A540 to Hoylake and Chester, and (after approximately 3/4 mile) take the next exit signed for Flint (A548) and Chester. At the large roundabout take the fourth exit, signposted Other Zones and Flint. Then follow the instructions below (from the roundabout).
From the A55
Follow the signs for Queensferry/ Birkenhead A494. Carry on until you see the signs for Deeside Industrial Park; leave the dual carriageway here. This will take you to the large roundabout. Take the second exit, signposted Other Zones and Flint. Then follow the instructions below (from the roundabout).
From the Wirral
Take the A550 heading towards Queensferry/ North Wales. Approaching the Shotwick dip traffic lights take the left-hand lane, but continue straight ahead through the lights, taking the left filter marked A548 (crossing over the dual carriageway) signed for Chester and Flint. At the large roundabout take the fourth exit, signposted Other Zones and Flint. Then follow the instructions below (from the roundabout).
From Chester
Take the A548 towards Queensferry. Just before the road joins the A494 at Sealand towards Queensferry and Conwy, take the right filter lane at the approach to the roundabout, then take the third exit signposted for Birkenhead (A540) and Flint (A548). Follow the road along parallel to the main road and round to the left, until you join the large roundabout. Enter the roundabout and take the third exit, and then follow the instructions below (from the roundabout).
From the roundabout
Heading towards Other Zones (Zone 2) in the Industrial Park, stay in the left hand lane and turn left at the next roundabout. This is Parkway. Follow the road and go straight on at the next two roundabouts. You will pass the new, large, grey ‘Parkway One’ building on your right, and Parkway Business Centre is signposted just after that, also on the right. Drive in between the two brick buildings and Samarind is the first building on the left. Parking is in front of reception.
