Samarind Customer Support

Samarind currently operates two different systems for logging and monitoring support tickets; one for hardware & network support and one for software & website support. This reflects the differences in the type of support that is required and the service level agreement (SLA) that our customers have with the associated department at Samarind. Our aim is always to provide you with the best possible service; please don't hesitate to let us know if you have any comments or suggestions on how we can improve.

Please click on the appropriate login button below to raise your support ticket. In both cases the support ticket will be entered immediately into our ticketing system and the appropriate people will be notified. If you are unsure as to which to choose, or if you do not have a Samarind support login, please contact us.
