Samarind's support services include unlimited telephone and remote support, a number of hours of on-site assistance each month, and regular server health checks to ensure your network continues to operate at its best.
And if your network wasn't supplied by us, don't worry – we regularly take on the support of other people's networks, and can resolve any problems you might have, as part of our support take-on process.
