Samarind launches new support site!
As one of Wales’s leading IT companies, Samarind is continuously striving to improve the quality of our customer services. As part of our commitment to our customers, we've launched a new support portal, known as ‘My Samarind.’
My Samarind, allows our support customers to raise support tickets online, which are automatically integrated with our offline support management system. Customers are also able to view the ‘current’ status of a support ticket at any time; allowing them to go about their business with complete assurance that their issues are in good hands and being resolved efficiently.
Carly McKay, our Network Sales Consultant commented, ‘We hope the support site will be of enormous benefit to our support customers. It will allow them greater flexibility by being able to raise and track any support queries at any time – not just during normal office hours.’
Carly continued, ‘The site is a fantastic addition to our continuous improvement. Earlier this year we introduced a set of sophisticated remote support tools, which allow us to proactively monitor our customers’ systems, enabling us to prevent problems before they even occur. The support website has been more than warmly received by our support customers and engineers alike. As we are constantly aiming to improve our services through technology, all of the hard work carried out by our web development and support teams has really paid off.’
