important update for customers

SOPHOS - WHAT'S HAPPENING?

Some of you may have had a warning message from Sophos about support for your version ending 31st March 2011.

If you are a Samarind Support Customer with a current PROTECT Support Agreement in place then we will complete these version upgrades for you FREE OF CHARGE as part of your support fee.  We should be able to complete this remotely and will contact you to inform you once it has been done.

If you're an ESSENTIAL customer, or a local company without support and would like assistance with your Sophos upgrade, please contact sales@samarind.co.uk to arrange a convenient appointment with a qualified engineer.

NEW CUSTOMER SUPPORT PORTAL

We have recently implemented a new ticketing system for network support issues, and now have a BRAND NEW customer support portal where you can log, view, track and respond to network support tickets.

Our new system will email you whenever there is an update, and also when the issue is resolved so you'll know exactly where you're up to, and what's been done to resolve your issue.

We will email all primary support contacts individually with your username and password.  You can then create any additional user logins as required.

- your service renewals for antivirus, server warranty's etc will be available for you to view and confirm, along with simple quotations for new PC's and printers.
