As one of the North West's leading independent Estate Agencies, Clive Watkin Partnership (CWP) needed a website solution that would serve as a critical marketing tool to support its successful business. Having experienced significant problems with their previous website, CWP needed a dependable replacement and commissioned Samarind to develop a completely new bespoke website solution.

The new website needed to accommodate CWP's to manage the entire property portfolio for its residential and commercial sales, lettings, survey and valuations divisions, with the facility to automate marketing of properties to each applicant and uploading the property information to various online property portals, such as RightMove. The website needed to be entirely administered and updated by Clive Watkin Partnership's own staff.
